For instance, in our Salvatore’s Restaurant, you may taste the palatable spaghetti with the original bottarga (Sardinian mullet’s caviar); then you may have a choice between classical chowder, a bass in salt crust or a dentex oven with potatoes and white wine. Without taking into consideration a rich salad, chosen among the many salads listed into the menu, which may be a valid option to those courses.
